The billing for CCT begins on the first of each month. You will receive your bill on the 6th or 7th of each month and payments are due by the 18th. You will receive a reminder notice prior to your services being disconnected if no payment is received by the due date.
With CCT, you have the convenient option to configure automatic payments for your account. It’s one less check to write and you’ll never miss a payment! Additionally, you can sign-up to receive your bills via e-mail. This move cuts down on clutter in your mailbox and ensures you receive your statement as soon as it is available.
To set up automatic payments and/or start receiving your bills via e-mail, contact our office. Fill in and submit the Automatic Bill Payment Enrollment Form below or go to the Direct Payment Authorization tab under Customer Resources and print out the Automatic Bill Payment Enrollment Form. Once completed, return the form to our office.
Choose the Pay Now link on our home page. Schedule a one-time payment or register your account in the customer portal to schedule future payments, recurring payments and review payment history. Payment by debit, credit, eCheck, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay accepted.
