Voice Mail

Cochrane Coop has a new Voice Mail system. Please follow the instructions below to access your voice mail and create a new PIN number.

New Voice Mail System Set up

1. Pick up phone and dial 248-9988
2. The automated operator will say “Please enter your PIN Number”

this will be the last 4 digits of your phone number

3. Follow the automated prompts to:

Set up your own personal 4 digit PIN
Record a greeting
Record your name

4. When finished you can access your voice mail from home by:

Dialing *318 from your home phone
You will be prompted for your PIN followed by the # sign
Then you will be in the voice mail system and can access your messages.

5. When accessing your voice mail when away from home:

o From a local number dial 248-9988
§ Follow the prompts.
o From a long distance line dial 1-608-248-9988
§ Follow the prompts.
