Here's how to check your DNS numbers:
• Find your Dial-up Networking folder, and right click on the connection you use for the Cochrane Internet.

• Find the TCP/IP settings
• Under DNS, make sure the following numbers are visible:
? Primary 207.190.94.2
? Secondary 207.190.94.129
• (Note: With so many operating systems in use today (Win95, Win98, Win ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, etc...), these instructions may not be EXACTLY what your operating system needs, but they should be close enough to do the trick.) |

MWT has started the forced registration of all DSL customers. Registration will be required to be able to access the Internet.
It is a very easy process to register and you should only have to register once. The only time you would have to re-register would be if you purchase a new computer and/or replace your Network Interface Card.
Just go to this webpage:
https://registration.mwt.net/cgi-bin/nregister.cgi?company=Cochrane
Enter your User Id and Password and then click on “Register”. The next screen will tell you if your registration was successful. If it is not successful, or if you do not have, or know your User Id and password, please call the office at 248-2323 and we will help you to get it set up.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. This is just another way MWT is trying to protect your network from unwanted spammers, virus’s and other illegal uses of the network. And as always, if you have any questions or problems please feel free to contact us for assistance!
